Delivery
Shipping within 1-3 business days. Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped. We ship with GLS. All items are delivered while stocks last. When ordering both stock items and items that are specified as an order item, we reserve the right to ship the order in parts.
Warranty
We take pride in our work. That’s why all our bags come with a two-year warranty and an exceptional five-year warranty on zippers.
If you find a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it. And if it’s within a year of your purchase, we’ll pay for the shipping too. Simply send an email to henrik@casecopenhagen.com and let us know what’s wrong. We’re happy to help.
