2. Customer Service

All orders and contact are handled by our customer service, which you can always contact at info@casecopenhagen.com

3. Delivery and shipping

Shipping within 1-3 business days. Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped. We ship with GLS. All items are delivered while stocks last. When ordering both stock items and items that are specified as an order item, we reserve the right to ship the order in parts.

4. changes or cancellation of your order

Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at info@casecopenhagen.com. We can assist you with changing your order IF the order has not shipped before you contacted us. If your order has shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information about the right to cancel.

Without being bound to compensate you or otherwise cover expenses, we have the right to cancel your order in any of the following situations:

  • If an unforeseen error happens, such as a payment error.
  • If your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is not correct.

We will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you before canceling your order. If your order is canceled, we will refund any payment you may have made with us at no additional cost to you.

5. pricing and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs. The total price you agree to when placing an order is the amount that will be deducted from your account once your order has been shipped. The amount will not be deducted until we have processed and shipped your order. The communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). As our payment system is handled by Clearhaus/QuickPay, they are also the only ones who have access to your payment data.

6. right to cancel (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day return policy when you shop with us. You have the right to cancel a purchase within the first 14 days of receiving the delivery, provided that the product has not been damaged or washed and that it can be returned in the same condition as when you received it. If the 14-day period ends on a public holiday, you have at least until the following business day to return your order.

7. returns

If you would like to cancel your purchase after you have received the item, send it to us before the 14-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt when you drop off the package. Once we have received the returned item and have checked that it meets the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited. If we find that your right to cancel cannot be honored, we will contact you by email.

7. complaint or defect

In the event of a defective product, it is important that you clearly describe the problem/defect. If your complaint is accepted by our customer service, we will refund the full purchase price and all transportation costs. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks before you can see the credit in your account.

8. Errors and omissions

You have a 24-month warranty. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the fault or defect has been discovered. Please note that the above right to claim defects may expire within 2 years after you have purchased the product if it has been used outside of normal use. Claims of defects only apply to products that fall within the definitions of such under Danish law. For more, see www.forbrug.dk.

9. Disputes

Any dispute concerning Case Copenhagen, its agreements or a product purchased from it shall be governed by Danish law and shall be settled by a Danish court, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

10. privacy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The Business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal data to any third party without your prior authorization.

11. other

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have an approved credit card. We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before you place your order, it is possible to correct the information you have given us, such as billing and delivery address. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of the order you have just placed. We store your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time and by contacting us.
